Icon2 94 Integra uprights and control arms on a 97 DX

A friend of mine is abandoning his Integra project car and I'm wondering if I can use some of his stuff to help out the brakes on my 97 Civic DX coupe. He has completely redone front spindles with new bearings and ball joints and all the parts for a NSX front brake upgrade. I understand I can use the rear hubs for the rear brake swap and need a 99-00 SI handbrake cable to make that work. I'll also need a the Integra proportioning valve to correct the brake bias.

My main question is can I swap the entire front spindle as a unit. Does anyone have any experience with this swap or see any problems I might run into doing it?
