Default 94 hatch thumping noise when turning right

ok so when i have been driving for the past few days i started to notice a thumping sound coming from my front end and couldnt hear were it was coming from but since then it has gotten worse and is coming from the passenger side and only occurs when the wheel is being turned to the right and doesnt make any noise when turned to the left. my ball joints and tie rods ends are good but the lca bushing( the one that the strut fork gets bolted to) is shot and is missing pieces of rubber. i have a new one but just need to replace it . but could this be what is making the noise? any help or info would be awesome

I personally have had the same noise caused by a bad front lower control arm bushing, get it replaced and it will go away.
