94 EX horn not working, modified wiring issue
so i bought this 94 ex sedan not running, bought another engine for it, put it all together, after a week of changing parts, its now my DD that my GF and kid ride in, and i havent been able to figure out why the horn doesnt work, i am good with whatever needs to be done mechanically, just not so good on the electrical aspect of cars, which also reminded me i have a brake light issue i cant figure out as well....
But i NEED my horn to work, as people dont like my honda too much, i dont have the ability to lay on the horn, i dont hear a relay clicking, and the diagram doesnt add up to what ive got due to some modification, theres something added in with a port and a fuse, if someone could PLEASE enlighten me as to what this is, id LOVE to have a horn, at least she would be more comfortable driving the car knowing she can beep the horn, ME, i drop it into N and rev it up a few times, but it is kinda against the law to ride without a horn so if anyone could help me out, id greatly appreciate it
This is what i found to guide me:

i am not 100% sure if the relay for the horn is the black relay that is on the right of the screen which is lit up white, there is a port and a fuse, but the above pic says white/green, black, blue/green and blue/red, i dont see any of those colors going to the relay
And i just noticed the red fuse from the pic... LOL

For Civics with SRS, the horn relay is to the right of the fuse box, it is not seen in the photo you posted.
The horn suppose to always receive power/voltage (+) at all times from Under-hood Fuse No. 42 (20A) via the Wht/Grn wire. It just needs the ground (-) source to make the horn sound, which is controlled by the horn switches.
If Fuse No. 42 is good (which it probably is if your brake lights work), and you do not hear the horn relay click, then the issue is either along the ground source coming from horn switches (which also run through cable reel) or the relay.
One you locate the horn relay, unplug the relay connector. Then insert one end of a spare piece of wire in to the connector cavity where the Blu/Grn wire is, and then plug the connector backed into the relay. Touch the other end of the spare wire to body ground, if the relay clicks and horn sound, then the issue is along the ground source coming from the horn switches.

Disregard what you are seeing, that is not factory wiring. What you are looking at is the wiring for an alarm that used to be in your car.

After i typed up the original post, my GF left with the car, stopped at the store, and the starter wouldnt crank when turning the key, had to jump it straight to the battery, then i got back to my shop with it, my mechanic friend come over and look at the car, told her "turn the radio on and start it", she turned the radio on, and the car has cranked since................
i will get at the horn relay when im not too busy, business was dead yesterday then picked up

Do you really believe that turning on the radio actually fixed the problem? -Not sure if you're serious here.

By even mentioning a link between the disappearance of the cranking problem and turning on the radio, you had me convinced you might be a little mixed up.
