94 EJ1 RED LINING WITH P28 ECU
Whats up people..
Alright I have a d15B single cam vtec motor in my 94 civic .. The swap seems fine everything sounds good, oil changes, everything taken care of, but there is one problem.
When I am driving and I rev hard about 6.2k the car bogs out and looses its power and when i let go the clutch it comes back to life..
Its kind of hard to explain, but thats what happens, I was thinking that the p28 ecu maybe is red-lining? at 6.2.. instead of like 7 so when I hit it that hard it just bogs out, so say Im on the freeway at night and I hit it , the car basicly bogs out and shuts off, the head lights turned off and everything then came back to life when I let go the clutch and down shifted..
anyone every heard of a problem like this?
