Here is the scoop:
Received a Delly last night with a hack job stereo install, with all 3 windows working. This morning i decided to replace the jenky installed deck with my own deck. Before i started i rolled down all the windows, replaced the deck, and now they are stuck in the down position. I have removed the door panels and checked power through the switch (test light in the pin when switch is pressed the light turns on), i have checked all the fuses with nothing blown or looked out of order. I can hear a clicking sound seeming to come from the pass. side of the center consul. After checking to see if there was any other sols with this problem i cant seem to find anything besides people needing to lube their tracts and people needing motors replaced. I don't see how all three motors would fail at the same time. I have read about a window PCM? back behind the stereo install spot but im not exactly sure what I'm looking for (no one posts pics). Any help would be greatly appreciated

It looks just like the 92-95 civic, just mounted in the dash behind the stereo.

So how do i test weather thats the problem or not? I am about to go find that guy, but i need to know weather thats my problem

Easiest way I can think of would be attach power and ground to each window motor to get them to move. But from reading here on H-T, if the motors click but don't move it's a bad Power window module and a very common problem with DelSol's.

There should be a test procedure in the FSM for the DelSol, not sure if it's listed in the FAQ.

didnt see anything in the FAQs thats the first place i looked, as to the bad pwm thats what i gathered from my readings and googleing. Off to the Local Pull and Save tomorrow word is there is a sol there chillaxing waiting to be man handled by me and my trusty junk yard tool kit. new box known to work and nothing changes still the same clicking sound. My "Dome light" comes on tho when i press the button on the door pannel. This car is starting to become somewhat of a problem child. Remember all the windows worked before i messed with the stereo so i also snagged a oem plug from a sol at the local junk yard, and it has 16 wires instead of 12....looking into that as well but i figure if i wire that back in as well it may help. Back to the drawing board....ken

The wires that remain are Yellow with a white stripe, Solid Pink/Salmon color, Solid Orange, Solid Brown. Here is a pic of them as well.

Also the Power window control box all the fuses and dioads are good, nothing is burnt or anything looks good as oem, im getting power to the plug that goes in the box(test light) but nothing to the window itself. More head scratching and more drinks to come.

well she is parked for the night, all int pieces are out minus the dash and the seats, tomorrow i may take the dash out and try to source something else....upp for someone maybe to have answers to help me

Any luck finding the test procedure for the power window module and wiring in the FSM?

i dont have a fsm, i have a chiltons but its no help. there was an alarm maybe some kill window **** in it idk, ****in honda!!! ahah

still no solution, second black box same noise, dash is out pics soon...im scraping bottom guys someone has to know whats going on with my del slow.....PREASE HELP MEE

Here is some loom i have unwrapped from the harness after taking the dash out, had the white wrap from HONDA still but im unsure if this is OEM, or not



This is some other wire that looks screwed up, i need to see what the wire is, i know that its leading to the cig. lighter in the center consul but where else is it screwed up?

well an update the yellow and red wire is ****ered up all the way to the fuse panel i can not for the life of me find s PDF. of a del sol FSM nor any good wiring information to see what that wire is for.
