94 Del Sol VTEC for sale - what's fair price?

I've got a buddy selling his '94 del sol VTEC. It's bone stock, 90K, good condition. It was top of the line (pwr everything, cold AC, CD/changer), even w/leather seats. What's a fair asking price?

Leather seats? Didn't know the del Sol had that option. I'd say 5k is fair with that mileage.
