94 Del Sol Vtec A/C Problems
Condensor turns on but still no cold air.... check the freon pressure and it was at 70psi... what else might be wrong?

Does the compressor clutch fail to engage?
Without the A/C running, the pressure on both the high and low sides should be 100 PSI or even a little higher, so you may be low on refrigerant (=leak).
