94 del sol power issue. fuse box?
Car had a issue with solid cel with key on we grabbed the fuse box kind of moved the plugs for the under hood fuse box and it primed and cel went away. Turned off car and when we went to re turn it on it just made like a click noise and now no power at all nothing. Moved wiring and nothing. Tested power to under hood box and have power as soon as key is on power goies away. battery is full and checked fuses. Is there something im missing or is the fuse box bad and shorting out now.

Re: 94 del sol power issue. fuse box?
i probed the wire that comes directly from the battery on the bolt. I probed the big fusable links basically everything with power. But when you turn key to the on position there is no power at that time. Check the ignition and same. But if i leave it on the first click of key power is not lost but still no dash or warning lights or anything. The hazards, lights, horn you name it dont have power at anytime key in or not. I probed both sides of the fusable links as well to make sure no broke links.

There may be a bundle of wires that are screwed to the thermostat housing location that are the ground connection for the ECU and effect a lot of systems. Make sure that is a clean connection.

checked and cleaned didnt seem bad or dirt connections there but did wire brush just in case. Nothing on fuse box looks burnt or frayed ran out of things to look into.
