94 Del Sol 1.5 Lt no start when warm
I have a 94 civic del sol (d15b7) that starts strong cold and when hot (if started immediately once turned off). But if you wait 10 minutes it cranks and cranks but won't start. It will eventually start once you crank it enough times.
Items of note:
New plugs - no oil in old ones and they looked good
Spark checked and all fine
Injectors ohms in spec (all 12)
Engine compression tested and all 150-170
Fuel regulator pressure checked - 32 with vacuum line connected and 42 disconnected (before new fuel filter)
Fuel pressure with engine off at 32+
Timing checked and in spec
New fuel filter
New distributor/cap/rotor
No oil in coolant, vice versa
Vacuum lines checked when running with carb cleaner and no changes in idle
Map sensor disconnected and engine cut off
IACV disconnected and idle wandered
Ect replaced
Coolant sensor checked and rewired
Oil dipstick removed when running with no whistle
Tried starting with ecu jumped with same hick ups
Main relay soldered
Any other ideas?

Don't worry about your ECU. That makes no sense.
Did you test your spark when the car wouldn't start? When the car doesn't start, does it crank? When the car doesn't start, if you turn the key to ON(II), does the CEL come on for ~2 seconds, then turn off? This is a common symptom of coil/ICM failure. It's also a common symptom of main relay failure.

Turned out this was a leaking Head Gasket. Replaced that, cleaned the head and viola - happy car. Now it's time for a new paint job
