I'm having some transmission issues, and to make a long story short I'm just going to buy another transmission and do a swap. I was wondering if the transmission from a 94 Civic Hatch VX will mount up into my d15b7 without problems? Is the shifter linkage the same? Also does anyone know the transmission code for the stock VX tranny? My code on my current transmission is p20.
I heard all D-series transmissions are plug and play but I just want to make sure.
Also. Would a transmission from a d16z6 be better than a VX tranny?

EX model transmission has shorter ratio gearing than the other base models. Makes the car feel sportier..lol.
