94 Civic wont start....third time posting
ive made 3 threads trying to get help with this and nothings worked so far. im gonna try one more time.
the car is a 94 civic cx. d15b8 block with a d16z6 head. p28 ecu. stock cx engine harness with the vtec and 4 wire o2 sensor wired up.
the injectors are not opening up. theyve got power and im thinking its an issue with the grounds...
ive swapped out the main relay and the ecu already with known working parts...and still nothing. ive checked the voltage on all the power wires and theyre fine but the ground wires seem to be getting a little bit of power and i cant figure out from where. ive traced the wires all the way to ecu and theres no rips/tears/shreds in any of the wires anywhere.

check and clean all grounds everywhere with a wire wheel. I've had a similar problem before. I wirewheeled my trans ground and the frame to bare metal and she started right up after 2 weeks of frustration. give it a chance.

get a multimeter and to a resistance check between the battery NEG and the bolt that is through the trans ground to the chassis... if its open... you need to wire wheel that **** to the frame. other than that... keep checking grounds. Maybe check all fuses with a multimeter... sometimes they can be decieving. Sorry if i'm repeating anything you have already done. I'm just tryint to think of everything, I was in this exact same boat 3 months ago. and it was my trans ground. Took me a week to find that out lol.

Two important ECU ground wires pin to A26 (LG1) and B2 (LG2) (see diagrams below). Both of these wires ultimately funnel into the crucial ground on the thermostat housing (G101). Disconnect ECU connectors A and B and then test whether you measure continuity individually for A26 or B2 in the ECU connector to body ground.
