I have a 94 civic LX 1.5 5 speed powertrain all stock. Um the other day my belts were squeeking so i put some wax on them solved the problem, but on the drive home from school, there was a shudder when i got on the gas, like a pulsating. This started the same day i put the wax on. slowly i guess it has progressivly getting worse, but it doesnt shutter when its cold. The RPM goes up VERY slowly, like eather the clutch or belts or something is slipping, pulsating at the same time. When you ease off the gas very gentaly you can get it to stop, this happens in the low-mid RPM range.

What type of wax did you put on the belts? If you put actual wax when you park the car it will harden. Thats probably why everything isnt moving right.

What Luserkid said or you just have a loose alternator belt. Mine did the same thing when my alternator belt was loose.
