94 Civic Not Starting?
I have a 94 civic that will not start. i believe it has the D15B7 motor cause its 1.5 and a non-vtec with 16 valves. well any way the car has sat for two months and i went to go work on it for a friend. the distributor has been rebuilt kind of, the distributor insides are replaced with the distributor insides from a 94 del sol with a D16Z6 motor. so i thought its maybe the fuel pump, fuel regulator. so i pulled the fuel rail and cleaned the injectors and turn the car over to see if it was spitting gas and it did with no problem. so i figure the firing order is bad because there is spark on the plugs but the car wont start. and i do have new plugs. does any one have a picture or diagram for the firing order. and does any one else know what might be the problem y the car wont start?

Re: 94 Civic Not Starting?
Is spark bright white at all four plugs? If so, check the mechanical timing as the timing belt may have skipped some teeth.

Re: 94 Civic Not Starting?
ya man it was the firing order, it started right up. but it does have a rough idle. it goes up and down constantly in neutral and in park but not in D,R,2,or1. is it the throttle position sensor?
