94 Civic - good fuel good spark - crank no start
94 EX 1.6 - fuel pump running - getting good pressure at the banjo bolt. Getting spark at all cylinders - new Cap, Rotor, Igniter, Coil, Wires and plugs - New timing belt - rotor and cam "are turning" when cranking...
The car was given to me (it had sat for little over a year) found the bad igniter and got it started - changed all the other stuff because it was old and figured it couldn't hurt...the car was starting and running perfectly driving it around town on short trips, then i drove it around to the other side of island (about 25miles) was going up hill and it started sputtering - put it in neutral and rev'ed it a bit and it seemed fine - couple more seconds sputtered again and died and hasn't started since...
Ive gone back over the standard Fuel-Spark checks - The thing with this car is that even when I'm spraying starting fluid into throttle body it will not fire up - but its still getting spark and timing belt is turning...
Any suggestions...What am i missing!!

Good pressure at the banjo bolt only tells you that the fuel pump is working, not if the fuel filter is any good.
Check for fuel pressure at the injectors/rail, you may be looking at a bad fuel filter or pressure regulator. That's the least troublesome of problems.
And just to be safe, also check your oil for coolant, and coolant for oil/fuel, and do a compression check. Past that, check for any CELs, and diagnose as needed.

Make sure injectors are pulsing. You can hear them click if you put the pointy end of a screwdriver to the injector body and the other end up to you ear (close to your temple).
