94 Civic d16 vtec - bogging and misfiring

hey guys i have been on a couple over forums and rlly dont have an answer yet
i have a 1994 d16 vtec
and when ever i go to give it gas it bogs down
and now randomly it will just have a misfire and random times

If it's had a recent tuneup I would suggest cleaning the IACV. See FAQ's.

Do a tune up ---> plugs, wire, cap, rotor, ignition timing
