Default 94 civic with 6 puck clutch - grinding when changing gears

i have a 94 civic with a clutchmaster 6 puck clutch and 2 month old clutch master and slave.
the reason why i changed master and slave is because at every gear it started to grind before it actually goes into gear. after i changed it everything was ok shift smoothly. but now its doing the same thing again. can it be possible that the clutch master/slave go bad in just 2-3 months?

No, you more than likely have another problem that a brand new master and slave cylinder masked.

Does it grind regardless of shifting RPM? Are you flatfoot shifting? Where is your clutch pedal engagement point?

right now the grind is not as bad as it was before but getting worse everyday. doesn matter what rpm it is. it starts to engage a little over halfway to the floor.

Well where as clutch placement is in the likeness of the driver your clutch placement would not cause problems shifting.

Is anything in the clutch system leaking (master, slave, lines)
Has the clutch changed stiffness at all?
Do you have to force it into gear?
Do you hear a grinding noise when you push the clutch in? (bad throw out bearing)

Sounds like an extreme case of bad sycros, or your shift linkage is bent.

when i leave it in gear and try to start the car it creeps forward when starting. pretty sure throw out bearing not bad no grinding noise . before i put the new parts had to force it but since the new parts no but its the same symtoms as if it will come to forcing it into gear. no leak in clutch system. bleed the clutch a few times already with air bleeder. clutch doesnt really feel any stiffer.

If the car is creeping with your foot completely on the pedal, your clutch isn't fully disengaging. That's your problem, and that's why you're grinding.

Rebleed the clutch hydraulic system and properly adjust the clutch pedal height.
