Correct me if i'm wrong but I heard there was some jdm ecu. That would keep the car obd2?? Has anyone heard of this?

just convert everything on the motro to obd-2(injectors, dizzy, throttle body, alternator) and then run a obd-2 gsr ecu.. you have to add in the crank sensor too at the oil pump

JDM ECU will cause the car to fail any scanned emissions OBD2 test because it will not communicate with our scan tools here.
To make it OBD2 you should follow fmr's advice and add the OBD2 style distributor, injectors, etc. etc. and be sure the oil pump is OBD2 with the CKF sensor or do the wiring trick a the ECU to foll the ECU into thinking you've got a CKF sensor.
An OBD2 Integra P72 ECU will also be a must as well. Make sure you get the right type of OBD2 plugs too. 96-99 Integra has the "OBD2A" plug type that matches the 96-98 Civic harness, while 00-01 Integra had the "OBD2B" plug type that matches 99-00 Civic harnesses.
