to see if your "came" w/ the lip but is not there for one reason or another, look under your bumber, you should see some metal clips and poss screws cause the lip is mounted w/ those.

Yup... my 95 EX coupe has an OEM lip. Check it...
Kinda dark pics, but you can see the lip pretty well. I've had problems with the clips on mine, they like to pop out of the slots on my bumper if I tighten them down too much (they twist out pretty easily). Anyway, I really like the OEM lip... simple, and relatively cheap to replace if you tear it up on some driveway...

si's dont come with the lip and if you ask the dealer for what you lip you need you HAVE to specify that is an ex lip or a vx lip. if you dont they will be ******** and tell you that the lip wont even bolt onto any other bumpers.... they are stupid somethimes....

my 95 ex coupe (canadian mfg.) had one when i bought it. but i have seen plenty of civic's w/o them. maybe it was just a luck of the draw, or a dealer installed option they figured would help sell the cars. who knows

i say...no matter what car is it...EX, DX, CX, VX...etc... IF UR LUCKY U GET A LIP IF U NOT U DONT GET ONE.......HAHA..SIMPLE AS THAT...!
