Paint.
Painted door indent, front bumper, and sails (thanks no-sol!). 70$

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7898700740/
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7898700934/

Transtop.
Still figuring out how to fix the dam thing, like all other del sols, mine has a problem, and no thread out there has the same problem as mine

9-3-2012

Fitment

Did some bumper to hood fitment.
Both sides, pictures only of one side.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7918655058/
Bulbs

Picked up some LED Aux bulbs. 30$
Conclusion > F"ing bright and no more yellow bulbs, but do not provide pointed light.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7918655322/
Also picked up new blue tipped headlight bulbs (Wanted something white and not yellow color.) 30$
Conclusion > Yes they are white'R but better off going for HID's, theres still some yellow to them.

Subs

These will be going into my trunk after I get back. Going to make a box that will fit both inside my trunk.

15" Clarion and Concept subs. 50$?

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7918662086/

9-8-2012

Ripped off all the rear and side panels to wire up the car for amp/subs.
Cars good to go!

Transtop still does not f'kn work.......

New grounding wire all around. 10$

Ripped out the new spark plugs from my red del sol and shoved it on the SiR

Tucked some parts in the engine bay.
- Right side headlight wires
- Booster hose
- Cluster of wires here and there...
- Power steering

Still yet to rip off the valve cover and give that a paintjob.
Gonna match the rest of my sh*t that i painted.

9-10-2012

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7969393996/

Waiting on cam gears, gotta pick up some cams at some point, repaint the valve cover while i pop em in.

9-13-2012

FIXED THE GOD DAM TRANSTOP

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7981624679/
Trans top issue was 2 disconnected wires inside the tilt motor. And possibly a switch for the rear window that indicated if the window was up/down.

Anyone know what this is? Has a fan on it...
Its behind the drivers side (jdm) under the speaker area.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/7981627254/
Ripped the seats out, they had a little bit of corrosion around the bolting area to the frame, cleaned, anti rust popped on.

Prepping valve cover for paint atm.
Box for dual subs, took me about 5 hours from start to finish.

Appreciate it Ryd2!
London, plasti dip held up good, cleaning is a pain..... best off to wash off the dirt every few days to keep yourself from a hassle later.

01-12-13
Few updates.

Installed the new front lower control arms, bushing were toast on old ones and was cheaper to buy full new arms... shipped.....

New upper Skunk2 control arms. 160$
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8410346510/
New rear SRR camber kit. 80$
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8410346416/
01-23-13

Ebay Headlights and fog lights.

Just got my headlights and fogs off ebay. Everything came super nicely packaged, quality looks good for now, as for visibility and long term quality I will try to post updates after driving for a wile.
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8410289866/
Ebay vs Stock headlights. Stock ones have full adjustability, as Ebay have only one position where they can sit.... 200$
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8410293690/
Ebay vs Stock fogs. Stock fogs have no inner reflector, ebay did. I had LED bulbs inside my stock and all it did was give me light for 3 meters, pretty much useless. Mounting is exactly the same on stock vs ebay. Ebay fogs paint was a little off/spotty in a few spots, but not worth complaining. 50$
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8409194471/
Also ordered some cheap filters. 15$ea
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8410289794/
Currently waiting on a subframe brace.
Still alot of work to be done.

Yes I rattle-canned.
VC Lettering is a good idea, may do that next time im doing paint.

Been a wile...

Ebay lights compared to stock, they display the same amount of light, the light just comes out in a different look.
Ebay foglights with the reflecting inners dont do anything, just like the stock fogs.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669786156/

Ebay fitment for headlights. (Note my front bumper is out of place hence why the bottom looks out of place) I would reccomend ebay headlights to anyone who wants a new look. They fit pretty dam good.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669785836/http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8668684407/

My trunk was always soaked after rain..... There are vent holes behind the rear tail lights, after years they tend to peel themself off from the body. Filled the holes, trunk is good to go. Thanks to Slimer for pointing it out on his car!

Subframe brace mounted, got it off ebay for 100$.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669786024/
Had a hit and run on the car, gave me a reason to fix the rear spiderweb, drivers door, and the left rear body that was hit. (only got one after pic, check out future overall car pics for how it came out)

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669786070/http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669786104/http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669786176/Tails after repaint
http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8668729647/
Popped on two breathers, cheap as F off ebay. Personally think they look dope compared to the stock hose.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669786058/http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/8669831086/
04/19/2013

Installed a fuel cut off switch. (no i am not posting a photo durrrr)
Removed seats and full int clean.
Popped the rear panels back into place.
Removed the seat belt mech and retightened the spring coil.
Paint on the gathers speaker covers was old and faded, painted gold to match the rest of my ****.

Need some advice on wheel fitment.

Just put these on, +10offset, running 1° camber, how much camber do you think I would need to have proper clearance?
Currently I hear a tiny squeek around some corners and dips, I dont want to have any rub at all. (Only rears rub, fronts are good)
I know forsure it clears on the inside.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/9461419441/
Rims are STR 15" ET10 8wide with 195/50/15 tires by the way.
What do you think? Mexi? Semi-mexipoke? Looks good?

http://www.flickr.com/photos/69374750@N04/9464198946/
Havent done much to the car otherwise, busy with school.

Car looks super nice man. Makes me missed my old one.

Better roll those fenders before you end up having to buy new tires.

Hate all the ebay parts and fake carbon fiber. The car looks good though and you seem to pay close attention to detail. Nice build.

I do use spray paint as mentioned before. I do not have the tools or money to spend on proper equipment and shop. If i can spend x10 less on paint, and it will come out satisfactory I am more than happy.

Lordco color match paint. Its not 100% but it does the job. Look up blending on youtube and you will get your answers. Primer > color (clear is already in the color)

What are your plans engine wise ? It's a b16....so i'd guess not a whole lot other then the idea of boost ? or swap a b18/b20V ?. does look nice tho was never a sol fan but can dig this one lol. Roll the fenders would look good imo vs 5 degrees of camber or something like that.

Why would i swap a B16A, there is absolutely no point, turbo is a possibility x years down the road if i still own the car.
Thank you sir!
