compression test numbers look great.

however, your drivers side rear quarter does not

I wouldn't worry bout it for now man if your running a low budget, but if you like, you can get OEM quarter panels from almost anywhere for the 92-95 civic hatchback.

The Q-panel can be installed by any body shop without breaking the bank as long as you shop around for the best price on a Q-panel for your hatch, once thats done, the car will look gorgeous along with some paint.

O btw your compression looks good to me. I seen b18's with lower compression then that which ran perfectly fine, so if you can vouch for it being a running motor that you bought and the compression numbers are that good then im sure it will be fine.

I think you'll need some front tires before you start worrying about track times.

For 100 bucks it's worth a try and for that money you can always turn it into a (relatively) cheap track car. And as a track car I totally would NOT worry about that rear panel. I'd just take out as much of it as possible with a hammer and then just paint the whole car black all by yourself. Good enough for a cheap trackcar
