93 Honda Civic wont start.
Hello,
I will give you a clear look at what is going on. I was driving my car to the store and I got about a 1/8 mile from my house and my car shut off but all the dash lights came on. So I pull over to the side and try to start my car again and no luck. I noticed that there was a burning smell so I got the car back to my house and read on some forms that the main relay can go bad. I pulled the main relay and it did smell burnt on the relay it says (RZ-0132) so I went to a junk yard and pulled a relay of a integra (RZ-0159) they both do the same thing when I plug them in. I turned the car to the start position and the relay clicks once and I do not hear the pump prime. So i checked to see if there is spark and there is no spark but the distributor was check as good. I am in between a rock and a hard spot. What could be the problem does the relay have to be the RZ-0132 and is it supposed to have two clicks or just one? Where is the 120v fuse located? Please just throw me some ideas thank you.

I have heard of instinces of having to put in the same main relay. Try resoldering the old one. Or buying a new one oem. It is possible that you got a bad one from the junk yard I have done it before too. Do like ron said to. Take out the ecu and look at resistor at c14 and see if its fried

Do you have aftermarket electrical stuff that somebody else may have installed? That crap could fail and cause other problems.
I'm not ruling out the ecu, in fact I agree that it is the likely cause, but don't overlook other people's potential screwups because the problem may just come back

So I pulled my ECU and it smells burnt just like my relay. I got a new Relay in and it did not start it did the same thing. Just cranked and no spark or fuel. So now I got to get a new ECU. But I do not know what caused my car to do this. Is it a bad ground or what? I cant find any burnt wires.
