93 honda civic ex wants to go faster............what should i do?not too much $any help greatly appr
i got a 93 honda civic ex and i just did a new tranny and put on a new clutchmaster clutch and lightened flywheel on a 30-40,000 motor that is great..i love this car but it just feels so dinky as compared to my b16 crx which is off the road right now.this civic has potential though i can tell it wants more.how?and what should i do to get more horses for less money?all i have done already cost me a decent amount of money im not rich or anything.my car was making a winding noise so i thought it was the throwout bearing so i ripped out the motor and changed the clutch then it still made the noise so i changed the tranny.the only other things it has is an intake and headers.this is my first civic and i love it.im just lookin for an extra 50-100 horses without spendin too much...any help will be greatly appreciated.thank you.

yeah put the money into the crx and just leave this **** stock... but if u want to make hp cheap either use nos or do a homemade turbo kit... brand new nos system 500... 300 used... homemade turbo 200-400 bucks

Turbo it and call it a day. Just get a used Greddy kit from someone.

I would just piece together a nice turbo kit a little more money then what you want to spend but over all it would be a extremely nice investment. I mean you can do it for under 1000 all day long.

You can also run a half-*** turbo setup all day long fro $1000. Just keep saving, and sit on your racing ambitions for now.
