Default 93 hb with 00 H22 sh or 00 ITR swap

I am about getting either H22 type SH or ITR swap for my hb.
both have identical HP but the H22 has more tq and abour 150 heavier than itr.
so, which one should i get and which one does better in 1/4 miles.
this is very important decision for me since it costs lot of $$$ and i don't wanna be regret later on. so what do you think?

do a search for unlimited topics on this, itr if you got the $$ though, more parts available and no main line oiling problems, h22's or notorious for wiping out the main line if not maintained

ITR swap......lighter motor, it'll bolt right in, and it revs higher
