Default 93 hatch hailed out

one of my friends has a 93 and said he would sell it to me for $200, would it be worth it to get the dents fixed? the motor needs to be replaced for sure. i was thinking of doing an lsv or b20v with a holset hx35 turbo setup. what you guys think?

its up to you if you think the dents are worth fixing. helps to see pics but if ur not fixing the body urself it can get really pricey depending on how bad it is and then repainting. If your going to use the car as a porject car and do a swap anyways then the motor isnt a problem then, aslong as you have something else to drive hehe. 200 is a good prive but just make surre u have another ride and *** far as the turbo set up make sure you have good forged internals to put in it cuse boost will find the weakest parts of your motor and break it. I have boosted my 99 EM1 and i love it but i have broken two stock pistons when i first put the kit on so its time for new internals.

But take a look at how much your willing to spend and see if its worth it cuse it can turn into a looooong project if you wanna go turbo and fix all these things , but you also wont find many good bodies for 200.

well its a few hundred miles away at the moment. i was just thinking about getting it, and bondoing the holes. most arent that deep, and carbon fiber hood(resonablly priced, dont need paint, fix the dent problem, and save wieght) and if its just a project car who cares what it looks like right? i got my em1 for that. i can lay paint myself. maybe a nice black cherry. and i plan on building the motor to handle the boost.

then jump on it. just check alot of other things like the suspension, check for RUST, Leaks, brakes, and yes if its just a project car then it doesnt truely matter cuse that part is up to you. I would do it.

My EM1 is my daily driver and project car. making it a big problem when things go wrong. i still got my 89 EF Hatch but ima sell that
