Default 93 hatch engine swap

i have a 1993 DX hatchback and im looking to swap the engine i want to stay with a 1.6 soch or doch im undecided im just wondering which would be a better option for the money?

b18b is the best bang for the buck, you can later do a ls/vtec

B16a2 ... that way u stay 1.6 and u have the power of DOHC

its up to you what you want to do with your car and how much y9ou willing to spend. I would go B18B its much cheaper, boostable, LSvtec-able

i would say hold off until you need a motor. unless you are going to be happy with the motor you purchase. i would just hold off untill you have enough money to go with a type r.
