93 hatch eBay fog wiring?
I'm trying to wire my fogs, I have a feeling that the red wire on the light half of the harness connects to the battery and a black wire on the light half of the harness is a ground, it's just the switch harness that confuses me... There is a female on the light harness I'm assuming connects to the switch harnesses male... There is a yellow wire with 2 openings that I think connects to the fuse box... But where?! Lol and also a blue wire wit a crab claw end... Another ground? Any help on this would be helpful
thanks so much in advance.

eBay fog wiring is lousy. You should get a good 12 volt solenoid and rewire it. Put an extra ground in and then you're going to have 4 wires. Ground (ground), 12 volt (battery), switch (apply 12 volt to to turn on) and load (the lights). Then the bulbs will blow later...

Yeah, I understand that the fogs I have are garbage, and I'm sure when I can find some reasonably priced oem ones I'll get them eventually, for now I wanted fogs and I just wanted to know where on the fuse box it wires and what the other wire is for... When I realign the front ill have to get a new radiator support front bumper fenders and paint anyways... I won't be installing fogs after that... But when I picked up the car the fog holes were already cut out for the most part... So for now this is good... I just wanna try and get them working :/ I know eBay **** is taboo lol but it'll work for now... Sorry

Ebay fogs are meh, but throw that **** wiring in the trash.
Make your own harness and hook it up your way, 2 different my friend had the wiring melt within minutes of them being turned on, can you say burned up car?
He followed the ebay harness but used all of his wires and relays, besides cracked lenses they are good for over a year.
Also look into lamnix covers, they can save the lenses.

Well if I make my own harness, I still don't know where to wire it to the fuse box... And if I'm following the eBay harness I don't know what the other wire is for...

Re: 93 hatch eBay fog wiring?
Ebay Fogs are a great start, but I'd recommend an upgrade later... I swapped out the internals of mine for some IS300 projectors than threw an H3 HID kit on them and it's like night and day from what they once were.. Anyhow, here's your wiring diagram..
not my car here but just about identical as far as the fogs go... I have 10K headlights so mine are a deeper blue than these but the fogs look the same...

Well I finished the switch wiring, does it matter that the switch in light on wire necissarily have to be in that spot, there was something already in that spot so I used the one next to it, does that matter?

^Do you have an alarm? If so, if your parking lights blink with it, thats where the wire comes from. If you dont mind you can put them both in one, and your fogs will blink with the parking lights and alarm.

Yea I do have an alarm, I knew it was for that! Anyways... Is it alright if I use the spot next to it or should I just splice it with the alarm wire?

I personaly have never heard of anything bad about pswjdm wiring, maybe others have experiences with it, i havent.
About the fog and alarm thing, yes it is perfectly fine to do it that way, you may turning off the fog switch if you dont want them blinking with the lights/alarm. That may work, but i dont know.

Re: 93 hatch eBay fog wiring?
is that saying that you know someone who has the password jdm fog lights or is that just saying you just have never heard anyone saying bad things about them? If you know of anyone with them and they don't say anything bad, then I might as well just get those... You can't find oem ones with everything it seems. I'd have to make my own wiring, and that's something I don't wanna spend that much money on just to **** it up. You know what I mean?
