93 ex mini-me blew up... will this engine work???

Icon3 93 ex mini-me blew up... will this engine work???

ok so i have a 1993 civic ex with a mini-me swap in it now (with a rod threw the block) d15b2 bottom end W/d16z6 head...

i have to find a motor FAST!!! cuz well for my job i deliver pizzas!!! and cant work

so a guy came to me and asked if i would like to buy a JDM D16A (not A6 just A) ive never even heard of this motor... is it a good choice? Why?

will my intake manafold fit on it?

will the distributer from my z6 head fit on it? and well everything else? its a long block (aka no dizzy, no intake, no injectors, Etc...)

some specs?

what it came out of?

HP & TQ?

please help im meating up with him tomarow if it will work...

uhh, why does it have a mini-me swap in the first place?
the ex has the d16z6 already, which is vtec
I think you should just get a used d16z6 because the d16a could possibly be obd2, and thats a whole nother problem

what problems would that be?
if the dizzy and everything fit why should it matter if its obd2?
and if obd is a problem then could i just put my z6 head on the d16a bottom end???

and the reason a mini me is in it is cuz the last owner put a rod threw the z6 bottom end. i guess this guy just sucks at building motors... lol idk its just the last 2 blew...

i got no time and there are no z6's that i can find in my area for cheap cuz im getting this one for 300... with recepts and a warrenty from the buisness he bought it from

ok o just asked him and he said that it is an obd-1 motor and i forgot to tell you its the v-tec model of the engine... ^^^
