Check fuses dont just look at them actually pull them out and inspect them, if theyre good and IN THE CORRECT SPOT pull out the panel that contains the cig lighter and make sure the connector is actually connected if it is make sure it has power and ground if it does the actual lighter needs to be replaced if it doest follow wires inspect for breaks or frays. As for the antenna pull out the radio and make sure its seated correctly.

Agree with MotionBlur 1 and virgineg6.
My first thought was they are probably on the same fuse circuit, could be an underlying issue with something causing the fuse to pop too. If you replace the fuse (in the event it needs replacement) and it blows out again, follow the wires from the lighter and power antenna motor and see if there is anything "not right" like a loose or disconnected wire or shielding that has been compromised, allowing bare wire to touch metal. If it all looks good, could be a bad antenna motor or lighter filament causing a short. I'd start by testing the antenna motor and then replacing the ligher (its cheap).
