93 Del Sol, wont start or even crank. Here is what i have tried so far, kind of a noob.
Ok, the car is a 93 del sol automatic, stock all around.
When i turn the key, i hear the fuel pump, hear relays clicking, but nothing else, no cranking.
Jumped the starter and the car started right up with no problem.
Tested the main relay and everything checks out with it. Took it out and tested continuity. When i turn the key I can feel it click.
Any fuses i should check, everything in the fusebox under the hood looks good.
Any help would be really appreciated or any references, i searched and found a few topics that helped me so far, but i am not sure what to do next.

I think your battery is low or dead. Charging or replacing it should solve your problem.

check the fuses under the steering column, there should be one for the starter signal, if thats good then maybe its your ignition switch.

Would i be able to jump the starter wire to start it if it didn't have enough power?

Check and clean your battery terminals. I have seen where lights come on and are bright and when you try and start the car it does not start. If that does not work it might be the ignition switch.

Ok, i feel like a dumb ***, but the last guy who owned the car didn't tell me it had a kill switch by your feet, somehow i must have flipped it.
Well, its good to know I have a kill switch now i guess.
Thanks for the help anyways.

I have the same problem but I don`t have any kill switches in the car. (93 Del Sol ESi D16Z6)
I turn on the ignition I hear a "click" sound but nothing else happens. If I turn the key on and off 5-6 times it eventually starts. I get this problem about 30% of the times I try to start it. I also have a car alarm with remote engine start and it does the same sometimes if I try to remote-start it so the key switch is not the problem. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Checks I did so far:
-Battery terminals are ok
-Battery is checked and fully charged
-If I push the car it starts
-I hear the 3 clicks from the PGM FI relay
Thank you very much.

ya check your grounds was having same problem turn the key everything except the starter turns on, and the motor doesnt crank. some teims would sit there and turn it a bunch of times and it would go. check your groud on the transmission going to body/frame. that was my culprit, also clean up the ground surfaces if there loose or dirty. did that and havnt had a problem yet.
