93 del sol si obd1

So I have a 93 si which I’m pretty sure has the obd1 but I can’t find it anywhere, I looked all under the drivers and passenger side dash could someone please lmk if this model doesn’t have one or where it would be?

The 2P service connector to make codes blink from the CEL is located above the ECU.

it's located above the passenger kick panel
