Default 93 Del Sol/B17 swap -- No prime on fuel pump!!?

Hey guys finally decided to make an account start a topic after searching through many threads and forums with no solution.

Here we go;

B17 in Del Sol, was running then changed the following; Skunk2 Intake mani, skunk2 fuel rail, Aem FPR, aem fuel filter, new ecu (went from p06 or p05 cant remember to a p30), and a different engine harness.

Problem- Fuel Pump Won't prime

What I tested and know- Replaced the main relay and it clicks once
-Fuel pump can be turned on by jumping connectors 5 and 7 on main relay connector
-Throwing what seems to be a check engine code 10 maybe 1?
-Did a K-Test on Ecu and got 5V at Map Sensor
-Tested ICM
-Replaced fuel pump (Airtex to walbro)
-Checked all fuses
-Checked ground on thermostat and cleaned.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Does jumping 1-7 in main relay plug make the fuel pump run? If not, check whether the 15A hood ECU fuse is blown.

Thanks for the quick response and yes the fuel pump does power on with 1 and 7 jumped.

Is the G101 ground on the thermostat housing connected, clean, and tight?

If you unplug ECU connector A, turn the key to ON(II), and then ground terminal A7 or A8 in the unplugged connector, does the fuel pump run?

I hooked the ground up to my battery ground and heard a click but no fuel pump.

I grounded both the connectors A7 ad A8 at separate times and they both kicked the fuel pump on

Turn the key off and unplug ECU connectors A and B. Do terminals A26 and B2 in the connectors have continuity to body ground?

Now turn the key to ON(II). Do terminals A25 and B1 have battery voltage to body ground?

I am getting very low amounts of voltage in A25 and B1 (about .3V) and very low resistance as well in A26 and B2 (about .2 ohms)

I saw a spark when i first started testing then nothing after so I checked the fuses and noticed I blew out the 15A fuse in the engine bay for the ECU when testing the voltage.

The fuse actually blew when i did the first continuity test on A26
. Im not sure why this happened but this would mean that the three other tests were inaccurate as well.. should I try and test again ?

Don't look back. Make sure you are probing the correct ECU connector terminals and try again.

Okay I got it right this time. Here are my results;
A25 9.6V
B1 9V
Both B2 and A26 have continuity to ground

These^ voltages are on the low side. What voltage do you read across the battery posts?

About 11.4 Volts with the ignition switched off and about 11 and a steady decline with the ignition switched to II.

Does the starter labor to crank the engine?

Yes the starter does try to crank the engine although it doesn't sound very powerful

I tried retrieving my check engine light code for this problem and the light continuously blinks every 5 seconds until I take the jumper wire out then it is solid. What would this indicate?

I bet your problem is the ECU - I see this all the time...
