Default 93 cx with d16z6

i was wondering if this is a good deal beacuse i use to have a crx with i/h/e and it almost beat my buddys hatch that is fully built (92 dx) would this be the same senerio with the weight to power?

It would be just like an Si hatch with a little less weight. Is it a good deal t you?
