Default 93 coupe w/ b16... doesn't like being warm... help out guys

alright, i've searched, no answers... 93 coupe w/ b16 starts up... idles fine. at normal operating temp, still idling fine... push it hard, like running on the highway, or a complete pull through the rpm range, and she idles up and down 800-1300. if you let her sit, she does it for awhile... then starts to idle fine when she cools down. not too bad of a problem when it's cold out, but on hot days, it's horrible. also seems to be extremely hot on warmer days. it was 70 deg out today... and she acted up real bad. engine temp gauge always stays right below mid level too. i've done all the checks... hoses, leaks, gaskets, flushed and bled coolant system twice. no check engine lights... stumped guys help me out.

i have that same problem...its your IAVC sensor... i swapped mines out to get my car BAR'd with my buddy and it was fine... now that i switched back... its doing the same...

you can just take some WD-40 and spray it in there to clean it out(or what ever you have laying around)

yeah, back of the manifold, but you'll have a lot more luck replacing it by calling it IACV.

The valve under the throttle body, idle air thermo valve or something like that should -I'm pretty sure- only come into play when the car is cold.
