Default 93 Civic Turn Signal problem

Massive Pain!

I have tried a new turn signal relay, I have tried a new turn signal piece (making sure it was plugged in all the way) & now I'm almost sure its the wiring. My headlights work, my High beams work. I have triple checked all of my fuses.

PLEASE HELP! I'm definetely not a pro and I am so excited to have found this site. All of you have been so much help thus far.

I drive a 1993 Honda Civic

Is the connector for the hazards lights switch plugged in? Does it get voltage from fuse 15?
