I'd check the main relay again.

Main relays are a very common problem with these cars and these symptoms scream main relay.

Check fuses 31, 24, and 18, as well as the main relay as mentioned.

i was talking to a neighbor and left my car on and I knew I was going to run out of gas.. so it sat there and ran for 10 mins then it shuts off I ran out of gas... I put gas back in it and crank it nothing.. then I figured I blew the distributor coil.. so that might be your problem.. if not try your starter fuse and check all associating wires to spark.

Did you check fuses 31 and 24 with a test light as described here?

It also could be an alarm malfunction, but properly check the fuses first.

Fuse 18 only gets power with the key in ON(III).

Fuse 24 only gets power with the key in ON(II).

Fuse 31 always has power.

Are you testing for voltage at BOTH metal test tabs?

If the main relay is fine, then try swapping in a known good ECU.

Fuse 18 is the starter signal for keeping the fuel pump running. Turn the key to START = ON(III).

Are you testing for voltage at BOTH metal test tabs of each fuse?

Does the engine crank in ON(III)? If so, the Blk/Red wire that runs between the starter solenoid and fuse 18 in the dash fuse box may be broken.

Again, are you testing for voltage at fuse 18 while the key is held in the ON(III) position and clutch pedal is pushed to the floor?
