93 civic si airback question

i would like to know how to take the airbag out of a 93 civic si coupe with out it goin off if its possible. cuz i i would like to put a racing wheel in place of it

Undo the negative terminal of your battery and let it sit for at least 10 minutes before removing your steering wheel.
