93 civic rough idle, tried everything, im serious!
Car starts up and goes from 3k to 4k
Warms up and goes from 1200 to 2200
No check engine light
-Replaced intake manifold gasket
-Replaced thermostat
-Bled Air
-Tried replacement Ecu
-Checked vacume lines, no leak.
-Put hand over throttle body, car turned off.
-Cleaned fitv & tried another fitv
-Adjusted fitv screw
-cleaned iacv - adjusted idle screw and did nothing
-cleaned fuel injectors
-Put my finger over the lower port in the throttle body it sucks wether the engine is cold or warm
What can i try next?

Re: 93 civic rough idle, tried everything, im serious!
I assume that no CEL codes are being thrown?
Are the IM and throttle body gaskets new and are they torqued down properly?
Still, I think that you should do some electrical troubleshooting of the IACV, coolant temperature sensor (2-wire sensor below distributor), and TPS and their wires.

Yeah the gaskets are tight, not torqued with a torque wrench but am pretty sure they are fine.
Ok will do wire test next

X2 on checking the wiring. Make sure the idle valve is not being constanly grounded (short to ground).

i had the same problem, it was an issue with my grounds. I replaced all my grounds on the car, and i was good to go. If you don't have money to replace them, at least clean them off. I also added an additional ground or two.
