Default '93 civic no spark

I have been reading through similar problems and I am stumped. We have replaced the ICU, the distributor doesn't have a mark on it, put in a new coil, new plugs. I have read about the main relay, but we can hear the fuel pump come on and we don't really have any other symptoms of a main relay failure. Any ideas? This all started a while back when the car's RPM gauge would jump up and down and sometimes completely stall. This was an intermittent problem and then the other day the car just died and hasn't had a spark since.

Thanks

well if you say the fuel pump isn't priming then it is the main relay. But I don't see why that would happen with your swap. When I put a DX head on my b8 I didnt have any problems. GL figuring it out. Check for fuel and spark, that should eliminate some problems.

well, apparently we have spark now, although somewhat weak. Go figure. Thanks for all your suggestions. I'm sorry, I don't know what the "dizzy" is. Open to more suggestions.

Thanks

Had a hunch it was probably that but didn't want to assume anything at this point. Thanks.
