93 Civic LSI Problems, Help Please!

Default 93 Civic LSI Problems, Help Please!

Ok my 93 Civic 1.5 LSI has drank half a litre to a litre of oil in 2 weeks, but its not leeking any where!? And in 2nd gear, when you traveling slow the car jolts! Got any suggestions....?

Do a leakdown test, but to lose that much oil in two weeks is probably caused by bad piston rings.

yea thats what i thought, do you reckon its worth geting it sorted or geting a 2nd hand block? So what about the jolting then??

I would throw the D15B out, and put in a B-series.

but if i would fit one of those engines in my lsi, i would have to get custom driveshafts and that!?

Use the driveshafts that come with the engine.
