Default 93 Civic High low Idle Problem FITV Question

Hi
I have 93 civic ex coupe. d16z6 automatic
I been having idling problem.
Right now... my idle goes high and low...when it's on neutral or parked.
and also when my car is on drive...and when i brake fully on red light. my car idles high and low so it jerks
when i put my heater on when it's idling on drive, it stops idling high and low.
I've cleaned my intake and throttle body.
and i've turned the idle bypass screw.
i believe i have vacuum leak, maybe the hoses.
Many people told me that it can be the sensor.
Can you guys help me out?

Default 93 Civic High low Idle Problem: FITV question

Ok i found the problem.
i was told that when your car engine is on and if you block the left bottom hole in tb, and high and low idle stops then the problem is FITV correct?
So the Cleanin the FITV should fix the problem rite?
And um what happens if you block that left bottom hole in tb like...with a cork or something.
thank you

new update: i drove after putting it back together. i think my coolant hose that's connected to FITV is loose. smells like coolant burning. and temperature started to go up.
