93 Civic Hatch, D15, not accelerating properly.

Hey, I have a 93 Civic, the other day it just died on me, after troubleshooting,
I narrowed it down to the dizzy, and a slight fuel leak...

I replaced the Distributor, and the Intake Manifold, now the car starts and drives, but not like it use to... For some reason in 1st - 5th gear until 3500RPMS it's like driving my car into 120MPH winds, in short it's not going anywhere fast,
well, not like it use to accelerate fairly quickly and smooth now it's like the car doesn't want to go but will give in if you force it..

So the details,

There is no CEL on.
Motor: D15B7
Engine Mod: Short Ram Intake (AEM)
Suspension: Tokico Shocks/Struts, Coilovers
Wheels: 15" Acura LS Mesh Wheels
Exhaust: 2" Flowmaster, I think it's been awhile since I put it on..

It also has a new fuel filter, Fan Switch.
The AC has been removed for a long time.

It drove fine before, the timing is right I believe, 1243 Starting at the bottom right closest to the firewall going forward, it must be right because it won't start if i change it lol....

Any ideas what could cause it to be bogged out? The Intake was pulled from a local yard, due to a rush to replace it to get to work, it has no cracks and a new metal gasket, doesn't appear to be leaking anything air or water, When I got it there wasn't anything stuck in the manifold as far as debris.

Any help would be appreciated thanks :)

UPDATE:

I drove the car today, 1st gear bogs out until 2500RPMS

2nd-5th, are bogged out until 3500RPMS at which time it will accelerate of course the powerband starts there.

At low RPMS, Full throttle car doesn't move, takes awhile to get up to speed..

Still waiting for suggestions. :drink:

I checked the timing and adjusted the Dizzy, everything is good but I double checked myself after that didn't seem to resolve the issue, and took it to a shop they said the timing was spot on, I replace the o2 Sensor thinking it was possibly that...

Someone said the fuel pump good be going bad starving it for fuel, it kicks on fine do you think that could be an issue?

And thank you for the advice..

Change your fuel pressure regulator. Sounds like the same problem i had in my old dx.

As tk42 said, check your fuel presser regulator. i had mine act up due to a bad vacuum hose. If you can get a hold of a hand held vacuum pump and start the car. Work the throttle and vacuum slowly to see if it inproves if not the fuel pressure regulator could be bad. fuel pressure regulator with vacuum hose attached 31 to 38 psi and with vacuum hose disconnected 40 to 47 psi.
