Default 93 civic ex - No crank No start

I have a 1993 civic ex sedan with stock d16z6 vtec motor. I turned it off one day and it never started after that. All the lights come on but no crank. No click lights are strong no dimming. I replaced starter and ignition( only the plugs and wires). Need help.

Please add required car information to your first post. Also turn off the caps lock button.

If it's manual (this is why like Ron said, you need to describe your car in the first post), it's common for the safety switch on the clutch pedal to stop working. Specifically, the little rubber pad that presses the button on the switch falls out, then the switch is not pressed like it should when you hold the clutch all the way down for starting.

There are two switches on the clutch pedal. The upper one is the starter switch (A) and the lower one is the cruise control switch (B). Which stopper fell out?

While waiting for the part, you can bypass the switch by unplugging the top switch and put a wire jumper in the plug. This will allow starting of course it won't have the safety feature of having to press the clutch down.

Is the rubber stopper that presses on the switch installed? Is the switch position correctly adjusted?

Yes it's installed. Was I supposed to readjust the switch?

Since you've replaced multiple parts here you should start at the top with a complete troubleshooting drill, i.e. forget what you did and imagine you're back at having a car that doesn't crank and you don't know why.

First jump the starter under the hood, that will confirm starter is OK. Quite possible to get one that is DOA from a chain store, or not have the wires connected securely after replacing.

Then check for voltage on the start wire from the ignition switch (which I think is the black with white stripe one), and follow it through the clutch switch and relay. The alarm system may also be involved.

Jumping the switch plug will rule out switch adjustment.

See diagram. Loosen locknut B and adjust the position of switch B where its button just becomes pressed in fully when the pedal is pushed to the floor.
