93 civic ex d16z6 - new motor no start have fuel and spark.

so i have remanufactured motor and i put a skunk 2 intake mani on i still have 93 injectors, not sure if that matters. i also have a stock throttle body. i checked the timing and everything lines up. there are no cel's. And heres what it does. when i try to start it, it turns over just fine but every once in awhile it'll choke and sputter and act like it's trying to start but then it jumps straight back to turning over.

i know i have fuel because its on the plug.
i know i have spark on all plugs because i have a tool to check it and yes they are correctly gapped.
i strongly belive the timing is correct because i dont here pistons and vaulves clashing.
and im 99.9% positive it's getting air.

any idea's????, maybe the main relay or ecu????? its been sitting for about a month do they just "go out"??????

Check your grounds on the t-stat

As said check your engine grounds. Can you push start the car?

And just cuz you cant hear valves hitting pistons doesn't mean the timing is right.

Also have you done a valve adjustment?

Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order on the distributor cap?

Also:

You MUST provide all pertinent information about your car and engine. Failure to do so may result in thread closure.

i have not checked my fuel pressure. i will do that. i will double tripple check the grounds. and i understand that just because you cant hear them doesent make the timing right, but all timing marks line up. i never pulled the wires off the cap from the last motor but ill check them because i guess someone could have messed with them.

@ronj use smaller words i do not know what pertinent is.

if this helps its a 93 civic ex d16z6 no internals all i have is cold air intake and header. however that shouldent cause it not to start.

and yes i adjusted the vaulves to manufacture specs they were two thousands to tight but i did that before i tried to start it.

In a nutshell, it means that, in general, we always need to know your car and engine and whether they are modified from stock.
