93 Civic EX Coupe - Power window, speedometer, and turn signal problems
Hey again guys, going to the yard tomorrow to get some parts... just want to know what i should pick up.
Same issues i've had before but heres an update..
Issue 1 : Windows no longer going up or down.
-I took off the quarter panel and looks at where the wires had got corrosion damage before and broke, no damage this time on these wires.... So now im kind of puzzled. I'm not too sure how to go about fixing this. Any ideas?
Issue 2: Speedometer just keeps bouncing all over the place... literally, checked behind the cluster, not loose or any loose wires. Speed sensor maybe? what do you guys think...
Issue 3: Turn signal on the left hand side front, blinks fast. Bulb has been replaced several times, not resolving the issue. Not too sure how to go about this issue...
Please hurry and reply, means alot to me....
Going to the yard tomorrow. Thanks guys.

You'll need a voltmeter to test the windows. Do you have one? If you do, start with the fuse. If the fuse is OK, then backprobe the wires on the motor itself. Hold down the up or down button, and see if you get power to the motor. If you do, then the motor is fried. If you don't, then work your way backwards until you find the point where you do get power, and replace whatever is in front of that point in the system.
Unplug your speed sensor. Does the speedometer keep bouncing around?
You said "bulb has been replaced". Which bulb? Have you checked the rear bulb as well?

speed sensor unplugged... nothing now. went and got a new one, still bouncing around.. assuming its my whole instrument cluster. all my bulbs in the back are fine, working properly, all the right bulb. the ones in the front are the same as well.. but the right blinker just seems to be funny....
Do not have a voltmeter, any other options?
