Default 93 Civic dies after ~15 miles, starts back up 5 minutes later

Anyone ever have a problem like this?

My car runs fine in general, but after about 15 miles on the highway, the check engine light comes on, and it kills. If you try to start it up right away, it won't start, but about 5 minutes later it will, and the check engine light will be off. I replaced the fuel filter myself, and I took it into a shop for the problem. They replaced the distributor thinking that would solve it, but I'm still having the problem. Any insight anyone here may have would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like a bad solder joint in the main/fuelpump relay (just my thought) because its happened to me before? Just pull the relay apart and take a look. It takes all of about 5min. Good luck.
