93 civic died
After 16 years and 207k miles of reliable service, My Civic overheated, there was a bad leak at the water pump. Not sure if it was a head gasket problem. I did not have the time to fix it and needed a car quickly. The car was in very good condition with no accidents, rust or flooding.
Ended up buying a 2007 Honda Accord that has 24k miles, that I hope will last me a long time.
The dealer and a pvt honda mechanic said I would not get more than $300. I put it on Craigs list and got atleast 30 calls, before I pulled the ad. The first caller bought it for $800.
I use to frequent this forum frequently for anything related to the civic. Thanks for all the help on this forum.
