Coupe and sedan parts are interchangeable to a point. If you use lets say a coupe frt bumper on a sedan it will bolt up but not all the body lines will match. esp around the head lights. But if you are talking about changing out the whole front end Fenders, bumper hood and head lights ect then yes it will all bolt on the car and every thing will line up correctly.
