Ok I started my engine swap, its a B18c1 from Hmotors, it went into my 93 Dx hatch. Everything was fine during the swap except when it came to starting it. It was turning over but not completly starting. Its throwing Code 20 (electronic load detector) and me and my friends cannot figure out why. Being a Canadian hatch, it didnt come with the ELD under the fuse box in the engine compartment. Can this be why the car isn't starting? We checked all of the grounds, checked for spark, checked fuel reaching the fuel filter, and we still cannot figure out why it isn't starting. Any help would be great and thanks in advance.

did you do a T belt ? If you did, double check it ( I am guilty of this one ).

another thing, the ELD will not keep the car from starting. are you sure there are no other codes? are your injectors stock or did the motor come with ones? are the injectors ticking?

hey man thanks for the help we did change the t belt so TDC was way off. We were able to get it started with your help. we didnt even think of the timing being a problem at all.
