92si home made exhaust
Made this in 2001 (finally hosting some pics) before I could weld so the welds are sloppy. I used a larger section of tube to hold it together, then welded it. If I would of had smoother cuts and nicer welds I would have butted them together and left that extra piece out. I got all the stuff at summit racing and autozone. It was pretty cheap to make.

Re: 92si home made exhaust (hondandy)
oh...the tube was 2in i/d as was the exit off the chicara header. They slip into the perffed not louvered core thrush glasspack then go into a 2.25 hooker max flow. Since I cut off the header after the flange and the res/muf are smooth 2" inside, it exits the header a 2" and never goes below this. It sounded great, deep, not raspy, and quiet unless I was getting on it.
