92 hatch w/ b16a weird vibrations and rough idle after rebuild
So i just gone done swapping a built b16a that i built into my hatch. After installation it has a rough vibrating idle. And when im cruising a steady acceleration throu the gears its fine. But if im just cruising at a steady 40 mph and then press the gas slowly it starts vibrating alot (ex. like when ur launching at the track and you have wheel hop) all the way to about 48 mph then it stops and drives fine. Other than these two issues the motor runs fine the bottom end is stock with a new oem honda water and oil pump. new rings and bearings. and i have a fidanza flywheel, currently have 41 miles on the motor
I dont know if the rough idle has do to my valve train setup:
Comp Cams Stage 2
supertech double valve springs
supertech nitride coated valves flat tops.
Here is what ive checked so far:
I know the o2 sensor is bad i checked the cel.
Checked timing it is dead on.
adjusted the idle screw.
Any suggestions will help. I am going to buy an new o2 sensor today so i will let you guys know what that helps out with

Your flywheel could be loose or maybe your timing could be a tad off? I'm new to Honda's so take my advise with a grain of salt.

it could be as simple as the sensor in your exhaust.if the engine has just been built/installed then it could of burnt a build upof crud.this would set on the sensor which in turn gives a faulse reading.it makes the ecu read a fuel/air mix fault and the car goes into "limp home mode" it would accelerate poorley.mine did this ages ago.its an easy fix.

Re: (dr.garagetuner)
So as i trouble shooted it about 10 minutes ago i think cylinder #1 injector is bad.
I started pulling the plugs while the car was running and nothing happened then i proceded down the line and those plugs reacted accordingly to what happens when u take away the spark. I then check the plug wires and they all spark properly. So i know the distributor is good im waiting for my bro to get here to swap out an injector ill keep it posted.
